Our website and security providers use this information to deliver the site and protect it from spam and misuse. It is not tied to your name.

Text messaging. If you agree to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent.

• schedule and prepare for your consultation
• design, plan, and manage your project if you move forward with us

• Service providers. We use Google to run parts of our site and store inquiries. Consultation requests are saved to a Google Sheet with access restricted to our team. Google processes this information on our behalf under its own terms. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our contact form from spam, and our site displays Google Maps and Google reviews, which may collect basic technical information under Google’s own policies.
• Legal reasons. We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfer. If our business is ever sold or reorganized, customer information may transfer as part of that change.

Text Messaging (SMS)

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates.

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing described above excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent. We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive. Cookies

Our site uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device. We use only the cookies needed to run the site and protect it from spam, and the Google Maps and Google reviews shown on our site may also set cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep consultation requests and project information for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward, so we have a record of the work and can serve you again. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. Consultation requests are stored in a Google Sheet with access limited to the people on our team who need it. We use trusted providers and reasonable safeguards to protect against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to see the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email us at info@amayacabinets.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

If you are a Texas resident, state law gives you rights over your personal data, including the right to know what we collect, to correct or delete it, and to confirm we are not selling it. We honor these requests. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

Children's Privacy

Our website is meant for homeowners, designers, and builders, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Our site links to our social media pages and may link to other websites. Once you leave our site, this policy no longer applies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, so we encourage you to read their policies.
